John Prescod is currently the Director of Education Initiatives at United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut. Prior to this role, John held positions such as Executive Director and Program Director/Coordinator at ConnectiKids Inc., where John played a key role in program development, management, and building relationships with partnering organizations. John also has experience working as a Youth Worker at The Bridge Family Center, Youth Employment Specialist at Corraro Center for Careers, and Youth Worker/Acting Supervisor at Community Solutions Inc. With a background in various roles within youth development and social work, John is currently pursuing a Master of Organizational Leadership at Goodwin University.
