Cathryn earned their EMBA degree in Healthcare from Kent State University, studying from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Masters degree in Communications & Marketing from Franklin University in 2009. Cathryn holds a Bachelors degree in Communications, which they obtained from Capital University between 1998 and 2002. Cathryn completed their high school education at Archbishop Hoban High School from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Prosci Change Management from Prosci.
