Morgan Mannella currently serves as the Manager of Donor Relations at the United Way of Summit & Medina since October 2022. Prior experience includes a range of roles at Akron Children's Hospital from December 2016 to October 2022, such as Associate Recruiter and Rewards and Recognition Specialist/Talent Development Program Coordinator, alongside administrative positions in Maternal Fetal Medicine. Earlier, Morgan worked at Stow-Munroe Falls Public Library as a Public Service Assistant from February 2011 to December 2016, and held HR internship positions at both The Hygenic Corporation and Performance Health and Wellness in 2016. Morgan holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The University of Akron.
