Juliana is the first Brazilian and the first woman to lead P&G’s business in Latin America, home to more than 580 million consumers, with on-the-ground operations in 18 countries, 16 manufacturing plants, one Innovation Center, and over 14,000 employees. She leads a team of country and category leaders focused on serving the Latin American consumer with superior brands and products, and works closely with retail partners to grow categories in which P&G participates, ensuring P&G brands are present everywhere consumers shop.
Known for her great energy, disruptive thinking, and inspiring leadership, she is passionate about innovation and category development. During her 26 years at P&G, where she joined as an intern, Juliana led many of P&G’s iconic global brands in Brand Management and Sales leadership roles. Juliana has an impressive track record that includes the launch of several brands and products locally and abroad, the achievement of market leadership in key categories, leading multiple M&A transitions in Brazil and for Latam (Gillette, Wella, and Coty), the design of a new communication model for Hair Care and Color – which were benchmarked globally – and the business turnaround in global Fem Care, with accelerated topline growth and category re-definition across the globe.
