Roversy Ventura

Roversy Ventura currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at United Way of Coastal and Western CT, focusing on HR policy development, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance. Previously, Roversy held positions as a Human Resources Assistant at BetterUp, where contributions were made to tech-centric systems for enhancing the employee experience, and as a Sr. Human Resources Assistant at Amazon, improving HR systems and managing administrative operations. Roversy's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Executive Assistant at WWE, where liaison duties were performed for HR executives, and roles in recruitment strategy development as a Recruiting Specialist and Coordinator. Roversy began a career in human services as a Program Coordinator at the Youth Services Bureau in Stamford after earning a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University.
