Caroline Briggs

Caroline Briggs is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in product management and customer success, currently serving as Product Owner and Head of Customer Success at United Robots since March 2021. Prior to this role, Caroline was a Technical Product Manager and Implementation Specialist at Naviga, where responsibilities included orchestrating daily scrum meetings, managing the development of SalesLink CRM, and overseeing software implementation for multiple international clients.
