Jeffrey Smith has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting and human resources. Jeffrey started their career with DeepIntel Solutions as a Human Resources Intern, where they acted as a liaison for employees and managed the company's books. Jeffrey then worked as a Recruiter at Nortec Staffing LLC, creating job descriptions, evaluating resumes, and posting jobs on various platforms. At Xerox, Jeffrey served as a WorkForce Management Recruiter, ensuring contractual service levels and collaborating with counterparts in Europe. Jeffrey then joined Allstate as an NW Agency Staff Recruiter and Sourcer, responsible for meeting hiring goals and guiding candidates through the hiring process. Additionally, they worked in Human Resources Recruiting at Allstate, maintaining trust with candidates and overseeing the hiring process. Jeffrey also worked at Patterns Behavioral Services as a Full-Cycle Recruiter, handling recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding. Later, they joined The SAILS Group as a Full-Cycle Recruiter and eventually became a Recruiting Manager. Most recently, Jeffrey joined Interim HealthCare of Bellevue as a Healthcare Recruiter before transitioning to their current role as a Healthcare Recruiter at Unitek Learning.
