Mónica Ortega Redondo is an R&D Engineer with extensive experience in machine learning and innovation. Currently serving at UNITH and Aflorithmic since May 2022, Mónica previously worked at Vodafone from February 2020 to May 2022, contributing to various proof of concepts as a member of the innovation team. Mónica's leadership skills were highlighted as President of the Consejo Estatal de Estudiantes de Telecomunicación and as President of the Comisión Organizadora for the III Jornadas de Fomento de Estudios de Telecomunicación. Mónica achieved recognition as a second finalist in the inaugural Vodafone Campus Lab for the e-huerto project. Mónica holds a Master in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitat d'Alacant and a degree in Image and Sound Engineering, alongside recent studies in Philosophy and AI at the University of Oxford.
