Andre Francoeur serves as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Unitil since October 2017, having advanced through various roles including Senior Financial Analyst positions. Prior experience includes serving as a Financial Analyst at Turbocam International from January 2016 to October 2017, as well as Finance Intern roles at the same company in 2014 and 2015. Earlier in the career, Andre worked as an Environmental Health Technician at RPF Environmental, Inc. Education includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of New Hampshire (2019-2023) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Economics from State University of New York at Plattsburgh (2013-2015). Andre also completed high school at Coe Brown Northwood Academy (2005-2009).
