Jessica Hateley-Browne is an experienced professional in the fields of health promotion and behavioral research, currently serving as the Director of Mission and Board Director at Uniting Vic.Tas since October 2022. Jessica holds an Adjunct Senior Lecturer position at Monash University since 2020 and has recently taken on the role of Program Director at the Susan McKinnon Foundation for 2023-2024. Prior positions include Director and Senior Advisor at the Centre for Evidence and Implementation from 2018 to 2022, Principal Program Officer for Knowledge at VicHealth in 2017-2018, and Senior Research Fellow at The Australian Centre for Behavioural Research in Diabetes from 2016 to 2017. Jessica's academic background includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Leadership from the University of Divinity, a Professional Certificate in Workplace Leadership from the University of Melbourne, and a PhD in Health Psychology from the University of Wollongong, where also completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours).
