Shannon Bell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the social services sector, currently serving as the inaugural General Manager of Partnerships, Training & Enterprise at Uniting Vic Tas since December 2020. Shannon's leadership in delivering high-quality, consumer-focused services spans various roles, including Group Manager of Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) and Mental Health Specialist Programs and Development. Shannon's governance expertise is evident from contributions as a Non-Executive Board Member and Treasurer at the Victorian Alcohol and Drug Association. Previous roles at Uniting included successful project management, operational leadership across multiple services, and initiatives in art therapy and youth counselling. Shannon's educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration and Management from Deakin University and relevant certifications in alcohol and drug studies and art therapy.
