Natalie Schmidt is an accomplished professional in the fields of community leadership and strategic transformation, currently serving as the Community Alliance Director at UnitingCare Queensland since June 2021. Prior to this role, Natalie held several leadership positions at ERM Power, including General Manager of Strategy and Implementation and General Manager of Business Transformation, Product and Digital, from 2017 to 2020. Natalie's previous experience includes serving as Director of Commercial Services Major Programs and Director of Corporate Services Transformation at UnitingCare Australia, along with key roles at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, CUA - Credit Union Australia Limited, Booz & Company, SMS Consultants, Booz Allen Hamilton, and as a Policy Advisor for the Minister for Regional Development. Natalie possesses a Master’s degree in Professional Economics from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Science from UNSW.
