Currently serving as an ICT Test Manager for Hospitals at UnitingCare Queensland since April 2022, Shilpa has previously held similar roles at CleanCo Queensland and Queensland Health, managing testing activities and resources for critical projects. With a career spanning over a decade, Shilpa's expertise includes end-to-end testing management, project coordination, and team leadership across various health-related IT initiatives. Shilpa holds a Master's degree in IT and an MBA focused on eBusiness from James Cook University, attained between 2006 and 2008.
