Karlie Colosimo, LMSW, has extensive experience in pediatric palliative care, grief counseling, and end-of-life support. Currently serving as a Pediatric Palliative Care social worker at Lifetime Care Home Health Care and Hospice since August 2014, Karlie coordinates psychosocial support for families with children facing life-threatening illnesses. Previous roles include providing grief counseling to children at The Caring Place, supporting patients and families at the Hildebrandt Hospice Center, and conducting home visits in nursing home and in-home hospice settings. Earlier experience includes serving as a Medicaid Service Coordinator at Venture Forthe Inc. and as an Intake Case Manager and Social Work Supervisor at Epilepsy-Pralid, Inc. Karlie holds a Master of Social Work degree from Nazareth University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from SUNY Brockport.
