Julianne Cavanagh, MHSc, CHE, RD, currently serves as the Clinical Operations Lead for the Stroke Program at Unity Health Toronto and is also the Stroke Program Coordinator for the South East Toronto Stroke Network, a position held since April 2020. With extensive experience in health care management and nutrition, Julianne held various roles at LAMP Community Health Centre from July 2014 to April 2020, including Manager of Primary Health Care and Clinical Lead as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. Additional experience includes serving as an Administrative Resident at North York General Hospital, Registered Dietitian at Centre de santé communautaire CHIGAMIK Community Health Centre and North Simcoe Family Health Team, as well as roles at St. Michael's Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital. Julianne holds a Master of Health Science in Health Administration from the University of Toronto, an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition & Food from Ryerson University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from The University of British Columbia.
