Cortney Penick

Cortney Penick serves as the Executive Director of Ambulatory Strategy & Business Development at UnityPoint Health, where responsibilities include managing operational performance, financial operations, and strategic initiatives, alongside fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork. During a tenure that began in September 2017, Cortney has also contributed to employee engagement and quality improvements in roles such as Director of Operations and Clinic Administrator. Prior experience includes positions at Iowa Donor Network, where Cortney advanced from Recovery Specialist to Clinical Recovery Supervisor, focusing on organ procurement and family care.
