Cody Bemis is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in civil engineering and water infrastructure. Since July 2015, Cody has held various roles at Unitywater, including Network Engineering Manager, Planning Manager, and Commissioning Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a Civil Engineer for Parsons Brinckerhoff from September 2008 to July 2015, where Cody participated in significant alliances and projects related to mining and water infrastructure. Unitywater provides essential water supply and sewage treatment services to residents and businesses in the Moreton Bay, Sunshine Coast and Noosa regions. Every day Unitywater operates and maintains more than $3.4 billion of essential infrastructure, delivers quality drinking water and treats 60 Olympic-sized swimming pools worth of sewage for over 17% of Queensland’s population, spread across 5223 square km. Operations began on 1 July 2010 under the South-East Queensland Water (Distribution and Retail) Act 2009, as part of the Queensland Government water reform program.
