Ayush is currently employed as the Licensing Sales Director at Univation Technologies, LLC, a position they started in October 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Dow, including Senior Commercial Manager, Senior R&D Manager, Manager of Product Development & Technical Service, and TS&D Leader. At Dow, they were responsible for developing innovative polyethylene products, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading business priorities. Before joining Dow, Ayush worked as a Research Scientist at AET Films and completed an internship at LyondellBasell.
Ayush Bafna pursued their education by earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Polymer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they continued with their studies and obtained a PhD in Material Science from the University of Cincinnati, attending from 2000 to 2004.
