Cristi Terry has extensive experience in manufacturing, operations, and customer support, currently serving as Manufacturing Lead at Universal Audio since June 2021 and previously as Operations/QA Lead at Townsend Labs Inc. from January 2020 to June 2021, where oversight of product testing, customer communication, and inventory management was key. Prior roles include Inside Sales Representative and Office Assistant at Musson Theatrical, Administrative Assistant/Receptionist at Control Your Assets, and Premium Support Account Representative at Barracuda, where management of enterprise accounts and technical support were vital. Additional experience includes roles in theatre and customer service, beginning with a position as Guest Services Attendant at Target. Cristi holds a High School Diploma from Del Mar High School and has additional education from West Valley College.
