Gordon Mattingly began their work experience as the European Controller for RealNetworks in 2001. Gordon then joined NETGEAR in 2003, where they held various roles including Finance Director - International and Managing Director of Netgear International Limited. In 2011, they became the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at NETGEAR. In 2018, Mattingly moved to Arlo Technologies, Inc. and served as the SVP of Finance before becoming the Chief Financial Officer in 2020. In 2022, they joined Universal Audio as their Chief Financial Officer.
Gordon Mattingly completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accountancy from the University of Southampton between 1989 and 1992.
