Richard Huegi

Richard Huegi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and research roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Research Technician at Universal Display Corporation since September 2021, Richard has been integral in the field of OLED technology. Prior to this, Richard coordinated surf reports as the New England/Mid-Atlantic Report Coordinator at Surfline Wavetrak, Inc. since November 2002. Richard's background includes significant contributions as a Senior Optical Engineering Technician and Technical Director at Dialight PLC, ensuring compliance with NVLAP regulations while conducting optics testing and R&D for LED technology. Earlier positions include Associate Engineer at Emcore, focusing on semiconductor product designs, and Test Engineer at Computer Crafts, Inc., where Richard was responsible for the evaluation of fiber optic products. Richard earned an Associate of Science degree in Engineering Electronic Technology from Eastern Florida State College, followed by education at Stockton University, and completed a Master's degree in Systematic Theology at Seton Hall University in May 2023.
