Mahendra Jain

Mahendra Jain is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and management within the electronics and software sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director for India Operations at Universal Electronics Inc. since April 2009, Mahendra Jain oversees the competence center for IR software, a result of the company's acquisition of Zilog's IR business. Prior to this role, Mahendra Jain held positions as Director of India Operations at Zilog, General Manager at Emuzed India Pvt Ltd, and General Manager at Philips Software Center. Earlier career experiences include leading India Software Operations at Carrier Electronics, and serving as Program Manager for Electronics Controls at Carrier Transicold. Mahendra Jain holds an MBA in Marketing & International Business and an MS in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications from COEP Technological University.
