Lisa Tallent has a strong background in human resources and benefits administration, currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Universal Field Services since February 2009. Prior to this role, Lisa held the position of Benefits Administrator at Kaiser Francis Oil Company from June 1988 to January 1995. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University, completing the program in 1984.
