In the State of Kuwait, UFC is the sole franchisee of ZAATAR W ZEIT a casual Lebanese concept and FATBURGER a fast food burger concept.
UFC is as well the proud developer of the local chocolate concept - LIFE WITH CACAO; franchised in KSA, Qatar & Oman. 
The company also owns the restaurant concepts: FLOWER LATTE a local fusion cuisine concept with a Paris vibe and JUNA’S, the plant based, vegan and vegetarian eatery.

Since 2004, UFC has sought franchises that provide a unique experience for the taste buds.
