Under the guidance of parent organization Connecticut Health Advancement and Research Trust (CHART), Universal Health Care Foundation of Connecticut is an independent, nonprofit, grant-making organization dedicated to achieving a quality health care system that is affordable and available for everyone in the state. We believe that health care is a fundamental right. Our grant-making program funds organizations that share our values and advance our mission.
