Denise Cherrington has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and staffing. Denise started their career in 1996 as a Senior Recruiter at Adecco, where they designed and created the temp to perm and permanent division. Denise then worked as an Executive Recruiter at StaffWriters and as an Account Executive at AppleOne. In 2002, they became an On Site-Program Manager at Superior Staff Resources, managing a large contract workforce. From 2007 to 2014, they served as a Senior Staffing Manager at Supplemental Health Care, maintaining a base of talent and clients. Most recently, they worked at Universal Laser Systems, initially as a Talent Acquisition Manager, responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies. Denise then became the Human Resources Manager, overseeing employee communication, policies, and procedures. Lastly, they served as the Global Human Resources Director, developing organization strategies and managing various HR functions.

Denise Cherrington completed their Associates Degree in Business at the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1992. Denise then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in 2005. Later on, Denise attained their Masters Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix in June 2008. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Staffing Manager - CSS certification from Supplemental Healthcare in June 2013.
