Peter Wheeldon

Peter Wheeldon serves as the Senior Vice President of People, Inclusion and Culture for Universal Music Group, a position held since October 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing People Inclusion and Culture initiatives across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Wheeldon also manages teams in the London office and has led efforts for Emerging Markets within the AMEA region since 2015. Prior to this role, Wheeldon worked as HR Director at Warner Music UK and held HR positions at Ofcom and Virgin. Wheeldon holds a Bachelor’s degree from Reading University and a Master’s degree from Warwick Business School.
