Juniper Warthen is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in the amusement and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Project Support within Global Attractions Programs at Universal Parks & Resorts since August 2021, Warthen drives the strategic vision for project support processes and documentation. Prior experience at The Walt Disney Company spanned over a decade in various leadership roles including Manager of Quality Assurance and Manager of Engineering Services, demonstrating expertise in quality management, project planning, and team leadership within high-stakes environments. Warthen began a career at General Motors, where responsibilities included managing manufacturing schedules and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Educational credentials include a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University and multiple degrees from Kettering University, including an MBA and an MS in Engineering Management.
