Jim Orr

Jim Orr is an accomplished executive in the film industry with a robust track record in domestic theatrical distribution. Currently serving as President of Domestic Theatrical Distribution at Universal Pictures since July 2016, Jim has held significant roles at various companies, including President of Domestic Distribution at Focus Features and President of Distribution at FilmDistrict. Prior experience includes serving as EVP General Sales Manager at MGM Studios and a long tenure as SVP Domestic Distribution at Paramount Pictures. Jim holds a JD from New York Law School and a BS in Communications from Eastern Washington University.
