Patrick McHugh

Patrick McHugh is an accomplished professional in the film industry, currently serving as the Director of Global Publicity & Promotions at Universal Pictures since August 2007. In this role, Patrick has contributed to and implemented marketing campaigns for over 120 theatrically released films, including major franchises such as Despicable Me and Fast & Furious. Prior to this position, Patrick held the title of Director of Publicity for the Philadelphia International Film Festival, overseeing all public relations outreach and securing press coverage. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Publicist at Allied Integrated Marketing, where Patrick implemented marketing strategies for notable film studio clients. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from La Salle University, obtained in 2001.
