Currently serving as Rules and Compliance Lead at Universal Rail Systems since October 2022, Jason provides critical advice and consultation, conducts safety audits, mentors personnel, and supports the implementation of health and safety initiatives. Jason's prior experience at Canadian Pacific from March 1992 to August 2022 includes roles as Road Foreman - Rules Instructor, Locomotive Engineer, and Trainmaster, focusing on safety practices and crew training. Jason also has a certification in Locomotive Engineering from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
