Stephanie Arrington is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, customer success, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of Program Management at Universal Service Administrative Co. since July 2020, Stephanie has also held various roles there, including Associate Manager and Senior Program Analyst. In addition to this role, Stephanie founded Petey and Furends, a nonprofit animal rescue organization focused on successful adoptions through research-based practices. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Customer Success at Commonwealth Joe Coffee Roasters, where Stephanie managed a significant customer base and developed onboarding processes. Additionally, Stephanie contributed to Lucky Dog Animal Rescue as Program Manager, overseeing volunteer coordination and fundraising efforts.
