Stephen Butler has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Stephen most recently served as the Vice President of Shared Service at Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) since August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for customer service, communications, and training. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director in the Lifeline program at USAC, where they led a team of 40+ members and managed the operations of a call center handling consumer calls and application reviews. Prior to USAC, Stephen worked as a Vice President at CX Act, where they developed customer service strategies and managed business expansion. Stephen also worked as a Senior Manager at DIRECTV, overseeing sales and marketing operations. Stephen's earlier experience includes roles at TMNG Global, TARP Worldwide, AOL LLC, PRISM Inc., and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Stephen Butler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Mount Saint Mary College.
