David Zalcmann

David Zalcmann oversees the operations of UTRS including Business Development, Accounting, Finance, Contracts, Human Resources and IT. In addition he manages the commercial operations of company and leads their acquisitions efforts. He originally joined UTRS in 2002, supporting new business ventures, strategic partnerships, and international operations. His experience in both an operations position and a finance role has given him a unique set of skills that has allowed him to help UTRS create a scalable corporate infrastructure and successful business processes to drive profitability and support future growth.
