Frank Hudnall

Frank Hudnall is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in agile project management, database administration, software development, and technical support. Currently serving as a ScrumMaster and Agile Coach at UTRS, Inc. since January 2006, Frank has led the development of a web application for researching federal laboratories and has successfully managed various project phases. Previous roles at UTRS include IT Project Leader, Oracle DBA, Software Developer, Linux System Administrator, and Network Administrator. Prior experience includes working as a PC Technician at Rescuecom and serving as a Lab Assistant at Delaware State University. Frank holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Delaware State University and a diploma in Network Security from The Chubb Institute.
