Cesar Carrera

Cesar Carrera is a seasoned economist with extensive experience in both academia and financial institutions. Since 1996, Cesar Carrera has served as a Senior Economist at Banco Central de Reserva del Perú, contributing significantly to monetary and economic policy development. Concurrently, since 2013, Cesar Carrera has held a professorship at Universidad del Pacifico, sharing expertise in economics with students. Previous experience includes serving as a Teaching and Research Assistant at UC Santa Cruz from 2005 to 2010. Cesar Carrera earned a PhD in Monetary Policy, Macroeconomics, and Time Series Econometrics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and holds a Master of Arts in Development Economics and Macroeconomics from Williams College, where studies took place in 2003-2004.
