Hernando Parra Nieto the new rector of the Externado. When Hernando Parra received his law degree from the Externado, in mid-1985, he had already consolidated his sense of belonging to this House of Studies and acquired -in his own right- the Externadista stamp.
Hernando Parra was much more than a General Secretary since he assumed very dynamic management and was in charge of a set of administrative and financial matters, which were growing with the University and that, in some way, overwhelmed the rectory.
