Quim Salvi Mas has been teaching at the UdG since 1994, having previously been a student there. He is a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a doctorate in Industrial Engineering and he's attached to the Department of Computer Architecture and Technology; He is presently a full university professor in the area of Computer Architecture and Technology. His research is based on developing computer-vision algorithms and methods for industrial processes, medical imaging, and underwater robotics. He like innovating in the kitchen and sharing the results with friends, as well as swimming in the Costa Brava at all times of the year.
