Guillaume Perret

Guillaume Perret serves as the Adjoint aux Membres Rapporteurs de la Commission des sanctions at the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in France since July 2023. Concurrently, Guillaume Perret has been involved with the Autorité de la concurrence since October 2013, where key contributions include the creation of the Concours de l’Autorité de la concurrence in 2018 and holding multiple roles such as Case Handler and College's Legal Secretary. Academic engagement includes lecturing in Competition Law at Lille Catholic University and previously at various institutions, including Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and Paris Nanterre University. Guillaume Perret completed advanced degrees in law, including a Master of Science in International Business Law & Management from ESCP Business School and an LLM in European Litigation from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
