Tanya Pidskalny has extensive experience in administration and management, currently serving as the Tri-Council Executive Officer and President's Office Manager at the University College of the North since September 2014. In this role, Tanya coordinates the activities of multiple councils and committees, providing guidance on governance strategy and policy. Prior to this, Tanya owned and operated The Bunkhouse, offering accommodations to contract and shift workers for nearly 14 years. Additional experience includes positions at Hudson Bay Railway Company as Assistant General Manager, where responsibilities included day-to-day operations and business improvement, and at OmniTRAX Canada as Regional Director of Marketing & Sales, focusing on client retention and new business development. Tanya also served as Assistant Superintendent of Operations at Hudson Bay Railway, overseeing the transportation department.
