Laura Russell-Harper

Laura Russell-Harper has extensive experience in nursing leadership and education, serving as the Director of Nursing Education and Professional Development at UT Medical Center from September 2008 to April 2024. Prior to this role, Laura worked as a Nurse Manager at St. Mary's Health System from January 1997 to September 2008 and as a Team Leader at King University from January 2014 to January 2016. Laura holds a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from King University, awarded with a 4.0 GPA and involvement in Sigma Theta Tau, and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from East Tennessee State University.
