Anne Burke is a highly experienced clinical professional currently serving as a Clinical Professor and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Adelaide since July 2020. In addition, Anne holds the position of Lead for the Chronic Pain Statewide Clinical Network at the Commission on Excellence and Innovation in Health since October 2020. With a long-standing tenure at the Central Adelaide Local Health Network as Co-Director of Psychology since November 2014 and as a Senior Clinical Psychologist and Co-Director of the Clinical Psychology Department at the Royal Adelaide Hospital since January 2002, Anne has demonstrated extensive expertise in clinical psychology. Anne's leadership roles also include significant contributions to the Australian Pain Society, where service as Past President and other executive positions occurred between 2010 and March 2023. Anne’s educational background includes a PhD in Psychology from the University of Adelaide, obtained from 2011 to 2018, an M.Psych (Clin.) from Flinders University earned in 1999, and a B.A. (Hons.) from Flinders University completed in 1997.
