Prior experience includes serving as a Special Consultant for Canada West Military Museums, where fundraising and event planning were key responsibilities, and as a Development Officer at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, focusing on corporate donor relations. Ashley holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alberta and a BA in Political Science and English from Acadia University.
