Hayley Lewis

Hayley Lewis has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as a Finance Business Partner at the University of Bristol since June 2025. Prior to this role, Lewis worked as a Management Accountant at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water from October 2022 to June 2025, and held a Finance Business Partner position at BBI Solutions from November 2019 to October 2022. Additional experience includes roles as a Management Accountant at Kier Group, an Accountant at DS Smith, and an Accounts Assistant at Cooper Controls Ltd. Lewis began a career in finance after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Cardiff University in 2015, supplemented by qualifications in CIMA and Leadership and Management. Early professional experiences include positions as a finance and sales administrator and a waitress, along with valuable work experience in accounting functions.
