Christine Biggs has extensive experience in coaching and education, currently serving as the Head Coach for Women's Volleyball at the University of Calgary since January 2021 and as the Assistant Coach for Team Canada Women's Sitting Volleyball with Volleyball Canada since February 2016. Previously, Christine held the position of Head Coach for Women's Volleyball at the University of New Brunswick from June 2018 to January 2021 and worked as an Athlete Pathway Coordinator with the Green and Gold Sport System at the University of Alberta. Additionally, Christine has experience in education as a Teacher within Edmonton Public Schools. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching and a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from the University of Alberta, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Red Deer Polytechnic. The academic journey began at Ross Sheppard High School, culminating in a strong foundation in sports and education.
