Lauren Grant

Lauren Grant serves as a Senior Consultant for Employee and Labour Relations at the University of Calgary since October 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren held various leadership positions, including Interim Chief People and Culture Officer and Director of Human Resources & OHS at Olds College of Agriculture & Technology from February 2022 to October 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Mount Royal University and a Senior Strategic HR Business Advisor/HR Manager and Strategic HR Business Advisor/HR Manager at the University of Saskatchewan. Earlier in the career, Lauren worked as a Human Resource Analyst/Advisor at Alberta Health Services and held recruitment and retention roles at VON Canada. Educational qualifications include an Accelerated Masters of Business Administration from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Saint Mary's University.
