Connie Tremblay

Connie Tremblay is a seasoned IT Talent Acquisition Partner with a wealth of experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently employed at the University of California Office of the President since August 2017, Connie leads full-cycle recruitments for senior management positions within Information Technology Services and other associated departments, while fostering partnerships with executives and hiring managers to attract a diverse range of candidates. Previously, Connie served as a Talent Partner at UC Berkeley from September 2011 to August 2017, advising on recruitment strategies and collaborating with HR and department leadership. Additional experience includes roles at the Haas School of Business, Eastern Michigan University, University of Michigan, and Nelson Staffing Solutions. Connie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and a BA in Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
