Pearl Alexander

Pearl Alexander currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Strategy and Inclusion at the University of California Office of the President, a position held since December 2024, where responsibilities include directing and guiding key people strategies with a focus on inclusive practices. Prior to this role, Pearl Alexander spent nearly three decades at the Georgia Institute of Technology, culminating as the Executive Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement, leading significant culture transformation efforts. Additional previous positions include Senior Director of Human Resources, Senior Director of Employee Relations, and Director of Diversity Management. Pearl Alexander holds a Juris Doctor degree from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
