Dana Burnett

Dana Burnett currently serves as the Director of Product and Delivery at the University of Canterbury, a position held since February 2021. Previously, Dana acted as the Digital Strategy Manager at SKOPE Industries Limited from November 2019 to February 2021. At Christchurch City Council from July 2014 to November 2019, Dana oversaw significant digital transformation initiatives, including managing multi-disciplinary project teams to enhance both staff and citizen experiences. Earlier experience includes roles as IT Service Manager for Digital Channels and Customer Services, and Digital Engagement Manager at Environment Canterbury, where Dana led efforts in digital engagement and channel management. Additional experience includes a position as Web Producer at Whitebait TV from April 2009 to September 2010. Dana holds an Arts degree with a focus on English and Government from The University of Queensland.
