Charlotte Strickland

Charlotte Strickland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee engagement and educational training. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Engagement & Enrichment at the University of Central Arkansas since August 2004, Charlotte specializes in seminars on workplace harassment, diversity and inclusion, service excellence, supervisory skills, team-building, and leadership. As the owner and presenter of Strickly Speaking since January 2002, Charlotte offers educational and inspirational training across various sectors, focusing on similar topics while leveraging certifications in Emotional Intelligence and the Change Style Inventory. Additionally, Charlotte provides speaking and consulting services with Speakers of Significance since January 2012.
